Scouting reportwritten with AI from our own data

Retired lightweight fighter with exceptional striking volume who finished almost all of his fights by knockout, whether his own or his opponent's.

How he fights

El Toro was a pure exchange fighter: he struck in exceptionally high volume and looked to end the fight rather than manage it. His striking defense was solid, but his offensive output and finishing power dictated the pace of his fights, nearly always resolved before the judges' scorecards.

Weaknesses

He absorbed a lot of strikes, and during his UFC tenure all of his losses came by knockout, without exception. His run in the organization closed with a streak of three consecutive defeats to Kyle Nelson, Drew Dober, and Damir Hadzovic, always by the same method.

Where he stands

He hasn't fought since 2019, so he is likely considered retired. His final UFC appearance ended in a knockout loss, capping a final stretch marked by negative results against mid-level opposition.

Apuestas & Cuotas
