Scouting reportwritten with AI from our own data

A notably large fighter for his division who sought to finish fights by knockout or submission, retired years ago.

How he fights

Tall for the weight class, he was a fighter who brought the action with finish in mind: he'd take opponents down frequently and pursue submissions from there, though his primary path to victory in UFC ultimately became the knockout. He took very few strikes and defended well in exchanges.

Strengths

His finishing power was high: he ended the majority of his UFC fights, most by knockout. He combined solid striking defense with consistent takedown work and frequent submission hunting—a well-rounded profile for his era in the organization.

Weaknesses

When he lost, it was almost always on the judges' scorecards, never by finish: five of his six UFC losses came by decision, suggesting difficulty closing fights against opponents who managed to stay on their feet or avoid the finish.

Where he stands

He has not competed since 2008 and closed his UFC run with two consecutive losses, to Ben Rothwell and Antonio Silva, both by decision. All evidence points to his career having been retired for nearly two decades now.

Apuestas & Cuotas
